parking lot. Five mile Hike through redwoods and up trails with lush green- 

ery. 5 miles.

JUNE 8 – MUIR BEACH

Leaving time: 8:30 a.m., reconvene and meet leader at Mt. Home parking 

lot at 9:15 a.m. Ocean View Trail and Redwood Creek Trail to Muir Beach 

and return. 10 Miles.

JUNE 15 – CROCKETT HILLS REGIONAL PARK

Leaving time: 9:00 a.m., reconvene 10:00 a.m. at Crockett Ranch Staging 

Area. Take 80 East exit at Cummings Skyway drive S.E. to Crockett Blvd. 

Left onto Crockett Blvd., drive to staging area on left. Hike will follow 

Crockett Ranch Trail And Big Valley Trail uphill to the rolling grasslands 

with grand views of the Carquinez Strait, an elegant new bridge and sur- 

rounding landscape. About 5 miles, 700 ft. elev. gain.

JUNE 22 – MT. DIABLO - OLYMPIA PEAK 

Leaders: Ron / Anne Woods (925-930-9194) 

Leaving time: 8:15 a.m. Reconvene Walnut Creek BART Station 9:00 a.m. 

Carpool to Trailhead at end of Regency Dr. in Clayton. Reconvene at Trail- 

head at 9:30 a.m. Enjoy an approx. 8 mile hike on fire road and various 

trails to Olympia Peak (elevation gain roughly 1800 ft.) Lunch on Olympia 

Peak and return on partially different trails. Great vistas! Moderate to stren- 

uous. Bring food / water. Maxi Hike 7 - 8 miles round trip. Allow 4 -5 

hours. Riders and drivers please call leaders.

JUNE 29 – MT. TAMALPAIS
